Renewal Form

Policies

A current library card is required to renew materials.
Items on hold for another patron cannot be renewed.
If you owe an overdue fee, payment must be received before an item can be renewed.
The following information is required to fill your request.

Renewal Barcodes:

You may renew up to 10 items. Located on the item near the pocket, the item barcode number begins with 32119. Type the numbers and letters without spaces.
